Upon your approval, the Aslan Consultant, speaking your language, welcomes you at the airport and coordinates your procedures on behalf of you, while you are already checked in your room. Your Consultant ensures continuous communication between your doctor in your country and the doctor and the medical team that will treat you in Turkey.03

DURING THE PROCESS
In order to make sure your medical and personal needs are met, your personal Aslan Consultant visits you at least 2-3 times a week or more often upon your request. If you wish, a paramedic, Aslan Assistant, speaking your language, will be at your bed-side 24/7. In addition, Aslan Concierge Unit brings you books-magazines-newspapers every day, arranges concert or match/game tickets; organises visits to museums or historic sites or TV series sets; boutique pet hotel services for your little family members in an environment without any cage, free psychological support to family members, post-treatment celebration dinner party, shopping tours, sightseeing or daily trips including yacht or boat trips, week-end travels etc.04

AFTER THE TREATMENT
Once you are successfully treated and when you feel that you are ready to go home, Aslan Consultant follows up your discharge procedures and ensures your transfer to hotel or airport or to another hotel so that you can enjoy and relax on the sea-side.
